Swine Flu - Q&A
Are older people more at risk of complications if they do catch it?

BSL | Listen

Older people should not be unduly worried about the virus however if you have an underlying health condition and have not yet been vaccinated, speak to your GP.

All people over 65 are eligible to receive the seasonal flu vaccine and the 2010 seasonal flu vaccine will protect you from H1N1 as well as other strains of flu.
