Our Equal pay statement 2017 explains how we will deliver equal pay across the organisation for men and women, disabled and non-disabled people and people with different ethnicities.

We continually review and assess our services to make sure we meet our obligations under the Equality Act 2010 and the Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties) (Scotland) Regulations 2012 as amended.
